As a pre-cursor to Sunday’s Big3 Basketball Tournament, the 3-on-3 league founded by Actor/Producer/Director Ice Cube, Actor/Director Michael Rapaport will bring his wildly popular I AM RAPAPORT: STEREO PODCAST to Dallas’ Texas Theatre for one night only.
Joining Rapaport is a bevy of NBA Stars, athletes and celebrities including Hall-of-Famer and Big3 League Coach Gary Payton; Big3 League player Kenyon Martin (who grew up in and graduated from high school in Dallas); NBA champion (San Antonio Spurs, 2003) and Big3 League player Stephen Jackson; NBA champion (Miami Heat, 2013) and Big3 League player Rashard Lewis; Big3 League players Mike Bibby; Former San Antonio Spur Derrick Byars, NBA Champion (Boston Celtics, 2008) and Big3 League player Brian Scalabrine and more.

Founded by producer, actor and music legend Ice Cube and entertainment executive Jeff Kwatinetz, the BIG3 combines highly competitive, physical, fast basketball and incredible fan experiences. Comprising of eight teams of five, the league tipped off its 10-week season at Barclays Center on June 25 with games airing on Fox Sports in primetime on Monday nights.
