With the NBA still currently on an indefinite hiatus, Dallas Mavericks guard Seth Curry took the extra time to check in with NBA.com.
During the interview, Seth discussed his time in the NBA G-League, what it was like growing up in a basketball family, and some of the best advice his father Dell Curry has ever given him.
Seth also revealed his personal favorite moment playing against his brother Steph during the 2019 Western Conference Finals.
“It was a special moment not only for us, but our family to be able to watch us play at the highest level in the playoffs, and compete for an opportunity to go to the Finals,” Curry said. “It was something we’ll never forget and more importantly it was something our family could be proud of.
Curry also goes into detail on how he jumped in, along with Mark Cuban and the Mavs, to use their resources to help some of the frontline workers in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
“The healthcare workers and the first responders still have to go to work every day and they put their health on the line to keep our communities going, keep our country going,” Curry said. “So just by showing our appreciation, our support, trying to boost morale, its the least we can do to help our community.”
