Dallas Mavericks living legend Dirk Nowitzki is set to host the 16th annual Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game on Saturday, June 24 at the Dr. Pepper Ballpark in Frisco.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early for the family-friendly festivities that begins with the Heroes Special Olympics All-Star Softball Game followed by the Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game at 7 p.m. The evening will conclude with a post-game fireworks show. Last year’s game sold out early, so fans are encouraged to buy their tickets early.
2017 expected attendees include Dallas Cowboys Dak Prescott, Dez Bryant, Ezekiel Elliott, Dan Bailey, tennis legend Andy Roddick; Mavs J.J. Barea, Seth Curry, and Devin Harris; actor Geoff Stults; former Texas Rangers great Michael Young, and more.
Tickets are on sale now for $9, $15, $18 and $22 at Ticket Return. Proceeds will benefit the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation and the Heroes Foundation.
