The BIG3 shines in Dallas

DALLAS, Texas–The BIG3, a professional 3-on-3 half-court basketball league featuring former NBA players made its way to the American Airlines Center on Sunday.

Co-creator Ice Cube joined the BIG3 tour in Dallas for Week 6 of the league’s 8-week tour with Chauncey Billups, Kenyon Martin, Stephen Jackson, Al Harrington, Cuttino Mobley, Ricky Davis, Bonzi Wells, Brian Scalabrine, and Rashad McCants for Sunday’s quadruple header.

Other notable names and personalities in attendance included LL Cool J, Dorrough Music, Gary Payton, Geroge “Ice Man” Gervin, Clyde Drexler, Charles Oakley, Julius “Dr. J.” Erving, and 2011 Dallas Mavericks NBA Champion Jason “JET” Terry.

Allen Iverson, a player/coach for Three’s Company, was an unexpected no-call, no-show. The BIG3 has launched an investigation into the situation.
